We have completed a project called "Eat Well, Stay Well" that can be accessed via our home page. This was developed thanks to funds being made available via the Suffolk County Council's Transforming Suffolk grant scheme. Four films have been made - three looking at how to eat more healthily. The "Sensible Shopper" provides a few tips on getting the most from your food shop. There is also a film made at Highfields Childrens Centre in Ipswich demonstrating a few ways children can learn through play about how important a healthy diet is. There are also free downloadable PDF files giving further information on all four films.
